Research on Cost Forecasting Based on the BIM and Neural Network

In enterprise or project management, cost forecasting is an important factor affecting different stages of the process, which requires effective control and management forecasting. this paper, BIM technology introduced into construction project, so that manager can master all information building through technology, provides a good condition for completion accounting. prediction model based on neural network proposed, uses model, genetic algorithm GM (1, 1) model. Through same design company, monthly cumulative first, second, third floors residential district predicted. The results show error small, while large unstable, cannot provide more accurate stable prediction, has no better reference value. Therefore, we see value, help enterprises managers to make decisions.
